As a partner, you earn a commission for each investment made through your referral link. This commission is designed to reward your efforts in bringing new investors to Prop.com.
For our Buy-and-Hold Properties, such as Five Luxe JBR, you will earn a 2% commission on the total investment amount. These investments provide stable, long-term income, making them a reliable source of commissions.
Example: If an investor you referred invests €100,000 in the Five Luxe JBR project, you will earn a 2% commission, which is €2,000.
For our Redevelopment Projects, such as Azure Oasis, you will earn a 3% commission on the total investment amount. This reflects the higher value and complexity of these
projects.
Once your referral has completed their investment, your commission will be paid out directly on the platform.
